We understand things happen, but we want to keep you and your privacy safe. If you make an accidental purchase (we've all been there) please email us within the first 24 hours at stoneivory01@gmail.com with the subject line "Accidental". This will ensure we can get the situation squared away ASAP. This could mean a refund or partial refund depending on the situation. After the first 24 hours or after your purchase has shipped, we cannot guarantee your purchase will be refundable at all. 

Please do not respond to any external emails, messages, texts, calls or social media posts that may be fake. We will not ask for any personal information on secondary accounts, we will only contact through official Stone Ivory accounts.
